Melody takes joy in her 35+ years of experience working with people in all types of organizations - from high visibility roles in large corporations, small businesses and non-profits. Her strengths are defining marketing strategies, messaging, creating impactful experiences, building teams, encouraging leaders and engaging employees, customers and vendors.   

Melody has spent the last 15+ years developing partnerships and connecting people in the workplace-faith movement to build strong, authentic, collaborative and lasting relationships around shared values and causes. She has served such organizations like Safeco, Help4Cancer.net, Shared Hope International, Corbin University,  Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (FCCI), and currently, Convene  & Best Results.AI.

Melody and her husband live in Washougal, WA (just 20 minutes from Portland international Airport) with their ever-present Portuguese Water Dog (Rio) and Bernie Doodle (Norah). They cherish time with their five adults ‘kids’ and five young grand kiddos. 

Mike and Melody love to host people at their home. Melody is known for her smokin’ good BBQ, taking every opportunity to have conversations around the fire table, tablescapes, and (perhaps) way too many Christmas trees.”
