Mike founded BestResults.AI after 45 years in business and non-profit leadership, consulting, facilitating Owner/Executive Peer Advisory Forums, and executive coaching. Artificial Intelligence introduces a new era of human performance, individually and organizationally.  Mike’s passion is to help organizations that want to do good; to excel, outperform their competitors, and expand their impact with more speed, quality and at lower cost than ever before possible…so they can bring more value to everyone they touch. AI is the greatest catalyst in history to make this happen.

Mike served as a geologist with some of the largest mining companies in exploration management, then rose in the technology space, soon running systems and consulting business units for TransTechnology (NYSE), DZI (largest family owned firm in the US at the time), made a shift into leadership with an international not-for-profit, and later transitioned into serving SMBs including in top leadership at CoreMedia Training (Fortune 5,000 clients), and as President of FocalPoint Direct Marketing.  In 1999, Mike transitioned into consulting (for-profit, government, NFP) executive coaching (more than 6,000 sessions), and facilitating Forums of top leaders who are building great businesses for a greater purpose (more than 600 Forum days to date.)

After serving nearly 200 organizations, he has helped navigate a variety of unique challenges across a broad spectrum of industries.  Areas of expertise include leadership, management, enterprise development, marketing, communications, software solutions, fundraising, planning, sales management, training, consulting, and executive coaching.   This uniquely  positions him to deliver strategy and rapid application of AI to any organization that is ready to discover what is possible, before their competitors do.

Mike and his wife Melody reside in greater Portland where they enjoy being outdoors and taking advantage of a variety of activities like gardening, hiking and exploring beautiful places.   They have five children and five grandchildren.
